What is your shipping policy?

For orders received during the week, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received at the weekend will be despatched on Monday. Products are shipped via the Royal Mail, Fastway or DHL directly to the customer’s address. Occasionally products will be delivered in person by one of the Natural Animal Health team.

Products can be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

How do I order large quantities?

If you are interested in large quantities of a product, please email info@naturalanmalhealth.co.uk for a price.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We do not currently accept any products which are returned to us. Refunds are not made except when an order is received over £50 which includes postage costs. In that case, the postage charge will be refunded to the customer.
